The war in Iraq was started and ended costing 45 Billion Dollars and probably caused the 2008  crash which has cost 2 trillion dollars, not to mention the countless limbs lost and the wounds of the psyche on the american people.  After spending all that money, it turns out Secretary of the War Rummsfeld steategy of "psychologically" defeating the enemy failed and the Sunnis are now back and taking over the entire country of Iraq. four years later.  It failed in every way.  imaginable.


Not to mention that the Bush administration lied us into war, evidenced by the unending changes in rational for starting the war in the first place.  Barack Obama is now forced to do cleanup.  And this blame will not be reassigned.   It is on Bush's shoulders.
